This is a low-profile motorhome on a one-ton Chevrolet chassis with the 6.0L V8 and dual rear wheels. There is no bunk over the cab, so it handles and parks much more easily than most motorhomes its size. It is 24 feet long.Inside there is a full galley kitchen with plenty of storage, a wet bath with shower and toilet, a furnace, and a roof air conditioner (heat pump). The sofa folds out into a large double bed. It sleeps two comfortably, and we have fit four. The cabin batteries and the TV were replaced in 2022. It also has an awning, a built-in vacuum, and an automatic entry step.The paint is bubbling in some areas, and the hood needs refinishing. The sides and back still look good. We are not repairing the paint before the sale, and the price reflects that.
